Lesson Outline

Project Requirements:

• To create a Hyperstudio, or a PowerPoint report on a country in the Middle East
• Work with a partner
• Create at least X frames with concise information
• Include a graph
• Include a table
• Include a bibliography
• A one page paper on a country you would travel to

Objectives:

• Students will identify the various governments in the Middle East.
• Students will work as a team to develop and present a multimedia presentation on a Middle East country.
• Students will describe recent history of the region.
• Students will research for information using various means.
• Students will gather newspaper clippings pertaining to the region of study.
• Students will keep a working journal of the newspaper  clippings and provide opinions and analysis.

• Primary sources at least four sources
• Internet at least five sites
• Travel brochures
• Information from embassies
• Newspapers
• Site your sources!!!
